I was happy with hotel's good location asleep to the sound of the river. The staff were efficient and amicable as I expected. A great selection of meals for breakfast, it was awesome and generous. Location : the venue was right by attractions, restaurants, shops and plenty of things to explore around that area, and the train station for day trips. Was a unique base for trip.

The hotel offered us a different dinner and breakfast each of the three nights we stayed, which was a pleasant surprise. , the traditional Japanese bath was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel was located near the river and walking along that path was a nice activity.
The hotel's infrastructure was old and could use some renovation. The elevator and halls were worn out and the room lacked lighting.
